Christopher Reeve was paralysed from the neck down. He couldn't move his arms, couldn't walk, couldn't gesture. He sat in a wheelchair and just talked — and moved hundreds of thousands of people and raised millions for research. So much for the idea that 70% of communication is body language. The real question is what actually creates connection with an audience.
