Terms & Conditions.

Travel

We always endeavour to keep costs to a minimum. Australian Eastern seaboard flights (NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, ACT and Hobart) and New Zealand flights are domestic unless otherwise stated. Western Australia and International flights are Business or First Class flights. Local flights in other countries are normally domestic unless otherwise stated.
Accommodation and car rental will be charged separately.

Payment

We require a 50% payment to secure your booking date/s. We have the right to make your tentative / pencilled date/s available to other entities if we did not receive 50% or full payment. Pencilled dates will be held for 48 hours and then made available. If full payment is not received 14 days after the 1st training session or day, then TREVOR AMBROSE may charge a 2% interest on the outstanding balance. All collection and recovery costs will be payable by the client if handed over to collect by a third party.

Intellectual Property

TREVOR AMBROSE’S training, consulting, presentations, keynotes, workshops, coaching, videos, books, CD’s, workbooks and all training material remains the intellectual property of TREVOR AMBROSE and must not be recorded, copied, stored, broadcast, shared, modified (or permit others to do so) in any means or way, including and not limited to electronic, print and audio format or may not be reproduced.

General Provisions

If any provision of an agreement is declared void or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed to be severable and the parties shall each use their reasonable endeavours in good faith to modify the agreement so that its intent can be carried out. The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute arising from the terms of this agreement by negotiation and in good faith, failing this any dispute will be referred to mediation in the first instance.

All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws and the Jurisdiction of the Courts of Australia. A party will not be liable if delayed in or prevented from performing its obligations hereunder due to Force Majeure, provided that it promptly notifies the other of the Force Majeure event and its expected duration, and uses its reasonable endeavours to minimise the effects of that event.

Force majeure means any event outside the reasonable control of either party which hinders or prevents it from performing its obligations (other than as to payment) under the agreement including failure of supplies of power or communications, order or direction of any government, act of God, fire, flood, lightning, war, revolution, act of terrorism, riot or civil commotion, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action, (whether of the affected party’s own employees or others), failure of supplies of fuel, transport, equipment, raw materials or other goods or Services.

No failure of either party to exercise, or any delay by either party in exercising, any right or remedy hereunder shall operate as a waiver of that or any other right of such party, nor shall any partial exercise of any right or remedy preclude any further exercise of any right or remedy.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

a) If the training, coaching or mentoring is cancelled within 14 days of the event date, a 50% fee is payable plus non-refundable travelling and accommodation expenses.

b) If the training, coaching or mentoring is cancelled within 7 days of the event date, a full fee is payable plus any non-refundable travel expenses incurred.

c) If the training, coaching or mentoring is cancelled 15 days or more there will be no cancellation fees but non-refundable travel expenses may still apply.

d) Depending on each individual case, some leniency might be granted by Trevor Ambrose to reschedule the training within 30 days to avoid penalty fees excluding non-refundable travelling and accommodation expenses.

Privacy Policy

TREVOR AMBROSE is committed to protecting your privacy and complies with the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000, and its National Privacy Principles. We gather information about you from information you voluntarily submit to us to better service your needs. We will not share any information you give us with any advertiser or other third party without your permission (unless we are otherwise legally required in order to protect our rights or property).

On occasion we may email or mail you information that we think may be of interest. Of course, if you do not wish to receive such emails or mailers you will have the opportunity with the relevant communication to be removed from our systems.

All testimonies that you give to TREVOR AMBROSE will become the property of Trevor Ambrose, and you agree that we can use your testimony in our advertising. If you do not want your testimony to be used in advertising, you need to clearly specify that your testimony may not be used in TREVOR AMBROSE’S advertising.

I thoroughly enjoyed the session and can see how relevant the skills Trevor explains are for business, as well as everyday life. There are some simple changes to implement immediately, but otherwise a concerted effort is necessary, with much to work on. Working on these skills will improve oneself immensely. Trevor is truly a master and has a very relatable demeanor. I definitely recommend Trevor's course for marketing and sales, and will jump at another opportunity to learn more from him!

Trevor was a fantastic speaker and teacher. I learned more in 4 hours with him then I have in hours and days of training with others.He is very positive and interacts with the people listening by getting them to answer questions , or get them to actually to the activity , not just have everyone watch.
